It's always a great visit back!! From the greetings at the door, to Chrissy at Spa services. Awesome lady. Adam at Capris resturant on property, to my favorite. If you go, you can not go without a stop with Hiram. Very blessed and gifted healer at the Springs. Left feeling amazing. Highly suggest one before you leave and book ahead so not to lose out. Honorable mentions to Nick. My daughter had her return massage with Nick. Can not go wrong with either masseuse. Pools are beautiful. Maintenence and security does a great job of try to keep some really unruly guests that just don't respect other ppl or property after midnight hours. ***Again this is NOT a resort issue rather the guests that stay. Children from 3 and up a few younger do NOT belong out after the 10pm curfew. Parents drinking while their kids are running jumping bothering guests. No supervision, while their parents act like 2 year Olds. Its not fair to the other children or their parents who respect the rules and have their kids in the suites by 10 while others think their exempt. 10 means 10. Go home! They are nice enough to let you drink and eat pool side, plastic cups are provided at all times. Always 5 or 6 local families that actually seem to ruin it for every one. Grown men ( and women? ) throwing glass bottles outside of patios getting on grass isn't cool. Grow up. Places like these are very hard to come by at a comfortable rates and nice accommodations to enjoy but there are rules for a reason. Babysitting by guests or staff is NOT INCLUDED. Get a sitter be responsible or leave them home or stay home yourself, they really DON'T need you or your money or your broken glass bottles . Your much to old to be supervised no wonder your kids behave as they do. Apples dont fall far from tree . Actually it's the kids that are between 10-15 that are very rude and disrespectful. They seem to try to over take pool from the seniors enjoying their space.

We really liked our stay at the Resort. The staff was super friendly and at the check-in we got a nice and happy welcome from Thomas. I understand what some people have written about the pool „needing a renovation“ but to us it really wasn’t that big of a deal. The ground of the pool was a little uneven and not new but all 4 of us really liked the pool. (It’s open 24/7!) When one of us told the staff that a small pool on the side was cold (not asking them to do something about it — just chatting a bit) they heated it up for us. The room was tidy and the beds were also really comfortable. We didn’t stay for breakfast because we wanted to go to a diner but we were really surprised by the variety of options and by how cheap they were in comparison to other places we’ve been so far.

The pools were great. The room had an air conditioning problem - notified front desk of this when leaving. The AC blew warm air instead of cool. They were going to send maintenance to fix after. The resort was quiet in the evening and the food prices and value for food was very good. It was not too crowded and had a nice retro feel - like the old days when things were slower and more personable. They upgraded our room for no charge so we could have a better view of the pools. I would stay longer than a night next time - maybe 3 -4 nights would be perfect. I hope to come back some day.

The 24 hour mineral pools I was able to soak and worked out in the miracle water at 5 AM and watch the sun come up. I love the restaurant everyone treated me like family! Room service and food incredible with a great view of the mountains very safe and secure highly recommend to anyone who needs to get away and soak in the sun and heal in the mineral waters.

The pool was great to soak in and to swim in with the whole family. We enjoyed some shaded areas in the afternoon, as it was very hot. The room appeared a good size for a small family, and is equipped with a coffee maker, microwave & refrigerator. The blinds kept the noise & sunlight out! Comfy beds. The staff was wonderful! Their tap water is drinkable!
